Where do I download my airport?

Enter your serial at download.igtei.com. You get three files: the airport, the IGTEI Airport Library and the Add-on Pack (Windows).

How do I install it?

Delete any older IGTEI folder for that airport first, then unzip everything into X-Plane 12/Custom Scenery. Both library folders go there too. The Add-on Pack folder goes into the airport's plugins folder. Start X-Plane; the airport's plugin tells you if the library is missing or old.

Do I need the IGTEI Airport Library?

Yes. Every IGTEI airport uses it, and it's free for customers with the same serial. See the Library page.

Are updates free?

Yes. All updates are free for owners, and we keep improving it. Updates come through download.igtei.com with your existing serial.

The airport runs slowly. What can I do?

Open Plugins > IGTEI Doha (OTHH) > Settings and set people / traffic density to Low or Off. The airport is tested on a 6 GB graphics card; if you have less VRAM, lower X-Plane's texture quality.

I bought on simMarket. Where is my serial?

It's in your simMarket order email and in your simMarket account under your orders.

Does the Add-on Pack work on macOS or Linux?

Not yet. The Add-on Pack (Follow-Me car, ground services, ambience sound) is Windows only for now. The airport itself works on Windows, macOS and Linux.

Can I get a refund?
