Terms of use

These terms apply to the igtei-sim.com website and to all IGTEI products (airport scenery, libraries, add-ons and software for X-Plane 12). By buying or using an IGTEI product you agree to them.

1. Who we are

IGTEI is an independent studio operated by Mostafa Haridy. Contact: support@igtei-sim.com.

2. Licence

When you buy an IGTEI product you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use it for your own, non-commercial flight simulation. You may install it on the computers you personally use. You may not sell, rent, lend, share, upload or redistribute the product or any part of it, remove or change any copyright notices, or use its files in other products.

3. Serials and downloads

Each copy is prepared individually for its owner and tied to a serial. Keep your serial private. Copies found shared publicly can be disabled. Downloads of your product and of the IGTEI Airport Library are available at download.igtei.com with your serial.

4. Updates

Updates to a product you own are free. We release them when they are ready and we don't promise dates. Add-ons sold separately are separate products.

5. Intellectual property

All models, textures, code and texts in IGTEI products are the property of IGTEI and protected by copyright. Airport and airline names are used descriptively only. IGTEI is not affiliated with or endorsed by any airport, airline or Laminar Research.

6. Warranty and liability

We test our products carefully, but they are provided "as is". We don't guarantee that they will work with every hardware configuration, add-on or future simulator version. To the extent permitted by law, IGTEI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.

7. Purchases

Purchases are processed by the reseller you buy from (for example simMarket) or, for direct purchases on igtei-sim.com, by our payment partner Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record. Their terms apply to the payment itself. Refunds are described in our refund policy.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
